New Delhi, Jan 30: To mark the martyrdom day of Father of the Nation Mahatma Gandhi, an All-Faith Prayer Meeting was organized today by the West Bengal Information and Cultural Centre, under the Office of the Resident Commissioner, Government of West Bengal.
In view the ongoing pandemic crisis and social distancing measures, the programmme was held on an online platform.
Participants from Union Academy Senior Secondary School, Shafiq Memorial Senior Secondary School, Ahlcon International School, St. Thomas Orthodox Church and School, Sahibabad, and Guru Nanak Public School, Chandigarh, took part in the solemn ceremony, consisting of readings of religious scripture, devotional songs and chanting of shlokas.
